In the American city of Cincinnati, a serial killer of unprecedented cruelty and inhumanity is up to mischief. The FBI is investigating the case that has already been linked to the murders of eight young women and although the team knows the perpetrator's true identity, they are unable to apprehend John Calson, the psychopathic yet seemingly untouchable person responsible for these crimes.
The FBI team unexpectedly receives a video. This clearly shows the deviant ordeal that Calson puts his new victim through and sends the FBI investigators into incomprehensible terror. As the team grapples with finding the perpetrator and contacting the media, the victim experiences the horrifying, sometimes loving, sometimes violent, abuse of torture.
